Threads of Heritage :
A Collaborative Crochet Bedcover Project

Crochet is more than a craft; it is a living heritage passed down through generations of women across the world. This project seeks to celebrate the evolution of crochet from its traditional roots to its modern artistic expression through the creation of a handcrafted 6 ft × 6 ft crochet bedcover.

Eight women artisans from Briatoshs Crochet Community will collaboratively create a bedcover consisting of 121 handmade granny squares for body and 48 for border, showcasing both the timeless beauty and contemporary possibilities of crochet.
